Philadelphia, PA (Sports Network) - Charlie Beljan fought through a health scare to earn his first PGA Tour title, while Matteo Manassero earned his third European Tour win Sunday and they both made big moves in this week's world rankings.

The top four in the rankings remained the same with Rory McIlroy followed again by Tiger Woods, Luke Donald and Lee Westwood.
