Hyogo, Japan (Sports Network) - Hideki Matsuyama closed with a 5-under 66 on Sunday to come from behind and win the Tsuruya Open by one shot.

The 21-year-old, who turned pro this year, finished at 18-under-par 266. The win was his second on the Japan Tour. His first came as an amateur back in 2011.

Matsuyama birdied the first on the Yamanohara Course at Yamanohara Golf Club, then stumbled to a 3-putt bogey on the third. He came back with a birdie at the fifth.

After eight consecutive pars, Matsuyama poured in four straight birdies to close out his round and earn the win.

David Oh also closed with a 66 to take second at minus-17. Kunihiro Kamii took third at 14-under 270 after a closing 69. Hideto Tanihara (65), Brendan Jones (66) and Juvic Pagunsan (71) shared fourth at 13-under 271.

Third-round leader Tae-Hee Lee struggled to a 3-over 74 to fall into a tie for seventh at minus-12.
