JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- 8:55 p.m. - UPDATE: Kassim Osgood returned to practice at full speed.

Practice just wrapped up. Tune in to Action News tonight for a complete wrap up of day one at Jags Camp: All Access.
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- 8:45 p.m. - The Jags are running through passing drills with only the skill position guys.

Clarence Denmark just made a really nice grab on a ball thrown behind him. Denmark needs to do more of that to make this squad.

Kassim Osgood came up lame after falling down at the end of a route. He hasn't come back in, but he's not spending time with the trainers so it's probably nothing serious.

Team drills are about to start. This should be the last period of practice. It looks like they're running this drill at half speed.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- 8:27 p.m. - Team drills have come and gone and the Jags are back to installation with the different position groups.

Offensive line coach Andy Heck is working with his guys on the field closest to the fans.

During team drills, the highlight was a nice catch on the sideline by Mike Sims-Walker. Sims-Walker made the catch in front of Rashean Mathis.

Aaron Kampman continues to run with the first team. Kampman looks pretty good, but the pads aren't on yet. The word from the sideline is that if he is as good as a player as he his as a guy, he'll be very good.

The Jags are scheduled to practice until 9pm. They'll be back on the field tomorrow at 10:45am for special teams practice.

Tonight's attendance is 1,256.
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- 8:01 p.m. - Offensive lineman Justin Smiley just had his right shoulder wrapped.

Smiley has not participated in this practice at all.

The Jags are into their installation portion of practice again.

Tonight's practice has been low tempo, but I would expect the tempo to pick up once team drills begin.

Speaking of team drills, they're about to start.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- 7:49 p.m. - The word on Deji Karim is that the running back was suffering from cramps between workouts. Karim is sitting on the side with a floppy hat. We'll update his progress tomorrow morning.

After a brief rain shower, the temperature is pleasant out here on the field. The Jags are into their individual drills. Mike Thomas just made a nice over the shoulder catch.

The rain seems to have cleared out and the sun is still shining down on the practice field.
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- 7:22 p.m. - The Jags are done stretching and just went through a series of drills.

They're going to team drills now. Aaron Kampman is running team drills with the first team. Kampman did not participate in team drills this morning.

Free agent offensive lineman Justin Smiley and rooke running back Deji Karim are not practicing. There is no word on why either player is not practicing.
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- 7:08 p.m. - The Jaguars are back on the field for their second practice of camp.

The D-Line is entertaining the fans along with Jaxson De Ville. Jack Del Rio's son, Luke, is running through quarterback drills with the Jags before practice begins.

Mike Sims-Walker is expected to practice tonight. Sims-Walker is already on the field and has his helmet. That is an idicator that he will practice.

After this morning's practice, Jack Del Rio said that second year players Jarett Dillard and Zach Miller have both been placed on the PUP list.

The horn just blew and the players are moving to individual warm ups before they stretch as a team. Stay tuned...

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The team has moved to drills with the skill position players. David Garrard has looked pretty good so far, but backup quarterback Luke McCown looks rough. McCown has had the wrong snap count a few times already today.

An update on guys not working today: Mike Sims-Walker and Jarett Dillard are not practicing. We'll see if we can get an update on that after practice.

The good news is that Aaron Kampman has participated in the entire practice.

Jack Del Rio and Aaron Kampman are scheduled to talk to the media after practice.

The Jags have about 20 minutes left in practice. They are moving to team drills now.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Nate Hughes appears to be the big winner in the first team drills of camp. Hughes made a nice grab along the sideline on the first pass David Garrard threw.

Clarence Denmark, who shined in OTA's, had a drop during team drills.

The Lee grad is a long shot to make the roster, but improved his chances during OTA's.

The team took a few minutes after team drills for a water break. It is heating up out here, but a breeze has kicked up and made it more comfortable.

The Jags have moved on to the installation period of practice. This is is the most boring for fans and media. It's basically when they walk through plays and formations...slowly.

The Jags are working in special teams right now. JDR just spent a few minutes chatting with Rashean Mathis. Mathis showed up for camp yesterday and is practicing today. The defensive back skipped OTA's in hopes of a contract extension.

GM Gene Smith is paying extra attention to special teams. This is the area where guys can earn a roster spot.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jags are on the field for their first practice of Training Camp.

Jack Del Rio's team will practice until 12:20pm. Free agent signee Aaron Kampman looks like he will participate in the entire practice.

This will be Kampman's first workout with the team. The defensive end spent all of OTA's working on the side with trainers.

The Jags are sporting a new look. The team has broken out the teal shorts for the first time. The offense is wearing all teal, and the defense is in white and teal.

The Jags continue to stretch and will begin practice soon. Stay tuned for more updates.
