Cleveland, OH (Sports Network) - The Cleveland Cavaliers made it official on Friday, signing guard Jarrett Jack and forward Earl Clark.

Terms were not disclosed.

Jack reportedly agreed to terms on a four-year deal worth about $25 million, while Clark inked a contract that will reportedly pay him $9 million over two years.

"Earl and Jarrett are both tough, competitive, team-first players that have the ability to impact the game in multiple ways on both ends of the court," said Cavaliers general manager Chris Grant. "We think they are great fits for us that can help us grow and improve as a team and we're looking forward to them joining our core."

The 29-year-old Jack provided a spark off the bench for the Golden State Warriors last season, averaging 12.9 points, 5.5 assists and 3.1 rebounds in 79 games.

A first-round pick (22nd overall) in 2005, Jack has averaged 11.0 points, 4.4 assists and 2.8 rebounds in 611 career games with five clubs.

Clark, 25, posted career-best averages of 7.3 points and 5.5 rebounds while starting 36 of the 59 regular-season games he played for the Los Angeles Lakers in 2012-13. The 2009 first-round pick was acquired by the Lakers from the Orlando Magic as part of last summer's blockbuster trade that also sent All-Star center Dwight Howard to Los Angeles.

For his career, the 6-foot-10 Clark has averaged 4.3 points, 3.1 rebounds and 14 minutes over 197 games with Phoenix, Orlando and the Lakers.
