JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Gator Bowl Association has announced the date and time of the 68th Annual TaxSlayer.com Gator Bowl for the upcoming college football season.
The TaxSlayer.com Gator Bowl this year will be held on Tuesday, January 1, 2013 at noon right here in Jacksonville, Florida at EverBank Field.
As previous years, the Gator Bowl will feature the fifth ranked team in the SEC versus the third best team in the Big Ten. Last year the Florida Gators took on the Ohio State Buckeyes.
This is the third of a four year agreement between the SEC, Big Ten and ESPN.
