New York, NY (Sports Network) - The NBA has suspended both Indiana Pacers center Roy Hibbert and Golden State Warriors forward David Lee one game for their role in an on-court altercation during Tuesday's game between the teams.

Hibbert and Lee got into a shoving match underneath the basket with 6:10 remaining in the Pacers' 108-97 victory at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. That led to a brief melee involving several players that nearly spilled into the stands, with Hibbert tossing Warriors guard Stephen Curry to the floor during the incident.

Curry and teammate Klay Thompson were each fined $35,000 by NBA executive vice president Stu Jackson for escalating the brawl, as was Pacers guard Lance Stephenson.

Lee will sit out Wednesday's road matchup with the New York Knicks, with Hibbert to miss Thursday's home outing against the Los Angeles Clippers.
