JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) - Mason Mills threw three touchdown passes to lead San Diego to a 24-7 win over Jacksonville in a Pioneer League game on Saturday.

It was the Toreros' first road victory of the season and snapped Jacksonville's 16-game home winning streak. San Diego's defense held the Dolphins to 3-of-17 on third-down conversions.

Dolphins starting quarterback Kade Bell left the game early in the first quarter with a knee injury, forcing sophomore Trevius Folston into action. Jacksonville (6-2, 4-1) was held on its side of the 50 for the entire first half.

Mills was 15 of 29 for 217 yards for the Toreros (4-3, 3-1). Kyle Lokanc caught a 39-yard scoring pass, Sam Hoekstra grabbed one of 26 yards after the Dolphins fumbled at their 31, and Lawrence Larivee caught a 31-yarder to give San Diego a 21-0 lead.
