JACKSONVILLE (ActionNewsJax.com) -- 7-time Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong says he will not fight new doping charges levied by the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency.  Armstrong maintains his innocence, but says he is weary of fighting doping accusations he's faced for years.

The charges he is facing could lead to a lifetime ban from cycling, as well as the chance his 7 TDF titles could be stripped.
