JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Well, there is not much to say about the Jaguars game against the Texans that hasn't already been said. The last thing I will say about it is this: I've been following the Jags since their inception when I was eight years old, and that was the most disappointing game I can remember. For players and fans enough is enough, put the Texans game in the rear-view and it's time to move on. So I am going to do that.

A nice distraction for the team was having Olympic gold medal sprinter Sanya Richards-Ross who happens to be wife of cornerback Aaron Ross at the facility today. Richards-Ross gave the team a pep talk, chatted with us media folks and held community event at the stadium. Then after all that Richards-Ross along with her husband joined Jeff Lageman and Steve Wrigley for Jaguars All Access.

You have to hand it to Richards-Ross she was a trooper. A lot of stuff going on around town, she was personable and had a smile on her face the entire day. She even hung around the station for a couple minutes to take pictures and sign some autographs with the crew.

It's crazy how people get so jazzed to see an Olympic gold medal. After an All Access show there are usually a couple members of the crew and station staff waiting to meet whichever Jaguars player is the guest, but with Richards-Ross there were about 25 people waiting to meet her and take a picture with her medals. It was pretty interesting to see.

One last thought on the game. I am naturally a bit on the pessimistic side, but I will say this: There are 14 games left. Being 0-2 doesn't mean the season is over, I'm not comparing the two, but the Giants also lost their first two games of the season. You know who was on that Giants team, Aaron Ross. You never know.
