TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- Florida State will officially kick off its home schedule Sept. 14 at 3:30 p.m. against Nevada, the Atlantic Coast Conference announced Thursday in a release highlighting game times for the first three weeks of the 2013 season. The Seminoles' showdown with the Wolfpack inside Doak Campbell Stadium will be featured on either ESPN or ESPN2.
Thursday's league news only featured one previously unannounced game time for the 'Noles as FSU was already slotted to start the season at 8 p.m. in front of a Labor-Day national audience at Pittsburgh. The Seminoles then have a bye in week No. 2 following that season-opening Monday-night matchup with their new league foe.
There are currently two different ways to purchase tickets to FSU's home opener and ensure that you are in the stands to welcome the 'Noles onto Bobby Bowden Field for the first time in 2013. Fans can either purchase a season ticket or choose between one of two three-game ticket packages that both feature the home opener against Nevada.
