Rutgers' Carter sidelined with broken leg

Piscataway, NJ (Sports Network) - Rutgers guard Eli Carter will miss the remainder of the season after sustaining a broken right leg during Saturday's game against DePaul.

The school said the sophomore will be further evaluated by medical personnel later this week.

Carter played in all 24 games, starting 18, for the Scarlet Knights this season and was averaging 14.9 points.
