Carbondale, IL (Sports Network) - Southern Illinois football coach Dale Lennon announced Thursday the signing of four junior college transfers, cornerback Chris Davis, offensive lineman Jamarcus Robinson, defensive end Kitray Solomon and running back/return specialist Tay Willis.
All four players will join the program for the spring semester.
Davis is from El Camino (Calif.) Community College, Robinson comes from Holmes (Miss.) Community College, Solomon is out of Garden City (Kan.) Community College and Willis arrives from Highland (Kan.) Community College.
Southern Illinois is coming off a 6-5 season, including 5-3 in the Missouri Valley Football Conference.
