JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Florida Supreme Court is upholding the death penalty decision for a Jacksonville man convicted of killing his ex-girlfriend. Justin McMillian was sentenced to death in October 2010 for the First Degree Murder of 26-year-old Danielle Stubbs.
