Florida State College at Jacksonville presents “Food Truck Life,” a continuing education course. Join Gourmet Aviator’s Chef/Owner Alex Montanez and learn all the different aspects of owning and operating a food truck. The course will take place on July 22 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. or again on September 23 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at FSCJ's Deerwood Center at 9911 Old Baymeadows Road. It is an opportunity for anyone to hear all about operating a food truck from menu planning to the gourmet end product. The cost is $59.00.
