Quiet Atlantic Basin... typhoon headed for Vietnam...

There are scattered areas & bands of showers & t'storms over the Atlantic Basin but nothing that will likely lead to any tropical development.

Global tropical cyclones -  typhoon "Damrey" will move into Vietnam Fri. night - Sat.

About 1 out of every 3 November's will produce a tropical cyclone over the Atlantic Basin:
