Dani Bozzini is a general assignment reporter at Action News Jax.
She is a three-time Associated Press award-winning journalist.
Dani is passionate about people and believes it's a privilege to get the chance to tell the stories that matter most to the viewers.
Prior to becoming a part of Action News Jax, Dani spent three years working as a general assignment reporter and fill-in anchor for WMDT in Salisbury, Maryland. While at WMDT, Dani led team coverage on multiple large-scale animal cruelty investigations that landed a first-place Associated Press finish for in-depth reporting in 2018.
Dani is from the small town of Los Gatos, California. She earned an undergraduate degree in Broadcast Journalism from the Philip Merrill College of Journalism at the University of Maryland at College Park. While at the University of Maryland, Dani was a member of their Division I volleyball team. She had the opportunity to play at the highest collegiate level in the ACC and Big Ten NCAA conferences.
Dani loves traveling, trying new restaurants and playing volleyball.
