• World Trade Center Health Program covers responders and survivors of 9/11 attacks

    The World Trade Center Health Program provides medical monitoring and treatment for responders at the World Trade Center and related sites in New York City, the Pentagon, Shanksville, Pa., and for survivors who were in the New York City disaster area.

    WTC Health Program covers a variety of physical and mental heath conditions that have been determined to be caused by exposure to the 9/11 terror attacks. Some of those conditions include a variety of cancers, breathing issues, PTSD and other anxiety disorders, and acute injuries like eye injuries and burns.

    As of June 2019, over 76,000 First Responders and 21,600 survivors have enrolled in the WTC Health Program.
