The CDC and FDA, the state of Florida temporarily stopped giving out Johnson & Johnson vaccine

Jacksonville, FL. — Tonight we sat down with our medical expert, Dr. Michelle Aquino to get your questions answers.

Right now 6.8 million Americans have received the Johnson and Johnson vaccine.

That’s about 10 percent of the people fully vaccinated in the U.S.

About 39 percent of people fully vaccinated in Florida have been given the shot.

So while that’s higher than the percentage nationally, Dr. Aquino says it shouldn’t disrupt our steps towards herd immunity.
