$1M winning Powerball ticket sold in Florida in Wednesday night’s drawing

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — No one took home the jackpot in Wednesday night’s Powerball drawing, but one person in Florida woke up richer.

Florida Lottery’s website shows that one person matched five of the five numbers, but not the Powerball. Wednesday’s winning numbers were 31-43-58-59-66 and 9 as the Powerball.

That ticket that matched five of five numbers is worth $1 million. It was sold at RaceTrac at 24224 US Highway 27 in Lake Wales, which is in Polk County.

One person matched four out of five numbers and the Powerball. That ticket is worth $50,000.

With no jackpot winner in Wednesday night’s drawing, Saturday night’s drawing will be for $700 million. You can see if your numbers match with the Powerball drawing live on CBS47 and FOX30 before Action News Jax at 11 p.m. Saturday.
