PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) - A Providence nightclub will remain closed for at least another week while police continue to investigate a September shooting there.

During a show-cause hearing in front of the Providence Board of Licenses on Wednesday, Steven Wright, an attorney representing the Ultra nightclub, says his client wants a copy of all the material the police have seized as part of their investigation. The Providence Journal reports police have arrested a 23-year-old suspect in the shooting in Miami on Tuesday, where he is currently being held for extradition.

The club has remained closed since the Sept. 29 shooting, where police found one man shot in the chest outside the club.

Club manager Frank Capone says he feels bad for his 40 employees, who have been out of work since the club's closure.
