Dean Biggerstaff found safe

Jacksonville, FL. — UPDATE: Mr. Dean Biggerstaff has been located.

JSO has responded to a missing person in the area of Ketch Cove Drive.

Mr. Biggerstaff left his residence at approximately 8:45am and was driving to the area of 6200 Beach Boulevard to visit his wife.

The victim is believed to be driving his 2012 Silver Chevrolet Captiva bearing Florida National Guard specialty tag E41C.

The missing adult has been identified as:

Dean Biggerstaff

• 85 years old
• White/Male
• 6′1″/165 pounds
• Blue eyes/Bald
• Clothing: Unknown
• Notable characteristic: Bump with a bandage on top of his head
