Action News Jax has discovered a registered sexual offender is living near a local playground and skate park. Action News Jax's Ben Becker is pressing local lawmakers about what appears to be a loophole in the state law.

State law says the sex offender living near a park and skate park isn’t doing anything illegal, even though dozens of kids play at the park and skate park. Parents are worried about what they call an error in the system when it comes to a sex offender living in their neighborhood.
