4 men charged in Flagler County vandalism case

FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. — The Flagler County Sheriff's Office arrested three Palm Coast men Monday in connection to vandalism in European Village.

Officers arrested 18-year-old Joseph Orza, 18-year-old Sequawne Solomon, and 19-year-old Tyrone Walker. On Wednesday, 17-year old Eddy Manuel Leon De La Cruz turned himself into authorites. All four men are charged with a felony count of criminal mischief.

FCSO police report says the incident took place on July 9 just after 12 a.m. Officers arrived to find the statue on the property, Venus De Milo, broken. The damage cause was about $3,500 worth of damage, the report said.

Officers used surveillance video to help in the investigation.

The three men were identified by a news release provided to the media and law enforcement, the release said.

FCSO officers contacted Solomon on July 31 after spotting him while he was walking in the area of Old Kings Road and Matanzas Woods Parkway. He was later released.

On Aug. 4, officers charged Orza, Solomon and Walker.
