Action News Jax evening anchor Tenikka Hughes is teaming up with Forever Family to share stories about children in foster care who are looking for forever homes.
Caleb is a very sweet and affectionate young boy who is currently in foster care in North Florida. He also has a disability so he's looking for a family that has resources to care for him.
"He just has that personality that will brighten a day," said Cassie, Caleb's foster mom. "He deserves a family that is going to give him all of the attention that he needs."
