App announces Jacksonville one of worst places to drive

The navigation app Waze announced Wednesday the top five best and worst places to be a driver in the U.S. based on its annual Driver Satisfaction Index, and Jacksonville came in second among the worst places to drive.

Waze surveyed millions of active users in 61 metro areas across the United States to get a look at overall driver experiences based on traffic, safety and road qualities.

Here are the top five best and worst places to be a driver:

• Dayton, OH
• Macon, GA
• Albany, NY

• Honolulu, HI
