Tom Stephens with the Better Business Bureau says buyer beware.

“You have to be careful to make sure you are dealing with them,” says Stephens with the Better Business Bureau.

According to Ticketmaster, the lowest-priced ticket right now is 99 dollars and that doesn’t include taxes and fees. Stephens says there are places fans looking to buy tickets to the game should avoid.

“Anytime you see an ad on a social media platform of any kind for something like tickets. To a highly sought-after event like this. You probably have a 65, 70, or maybe even 80 percent chance that’s going to be fake. The old adage is, if it looks too good to be true it probably is. It really kicks in this type of thing,” says Stephens.

Many Jaguar fans like Rowan Seese, wants to cheer on the Jags in the Bold City Saturday night.

He says right now he has given up on that goal.

“I have been looking, they are pretty expensive so I kind of ruled out going to the game,” says Stephens.

He adds he is enjoying the Jags success but really misses the cheap tickets when the team was struggling.

“Mixed feelings for sure. I love to see them doing good, but I also love to see them do good in person,” says Stephens.
