Bears needed! St. Johns County Sheriff's Office in need of stuffed bears, toys

ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. — The St. Johns County Sheriff's Office took to Facebook Wednesday to announce the need for teddy bears and other stuffed toys for its Cuddly Care program.

The program has been in place for nearly 20 years and helps bring joy to patients at Flagler Hospital and local nursing homes.

Donations of new and gently used, clean stuffed animals can be dropped off at the Sheriff's Office Administration Building at 4015 Lewis Speedway, on Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
