Bradford County: Train derailment shuts down railroad tracks at Madison and Thompson streets

BRADFORD COUNTY, Fla. — A “minor” train derailment has shut down the railroad tracks at Madison and Thompson streets in Bradford County, according to the county’s fire and rescue department.

“CSX is reporting that a total of two cars have come off of the tracks. There are no dangers to the public at this time," the department said in a social media post.

Drivers should expect heavy delays in that area.
