Clay County Florida Tourism has announced there’s a new way to interact with historical places in the county and it can be accessed right on your phone. The Clay County History Passport program allows users to visit a variety of historical places around town, learn about them and... win prizes!

The main objective is to celebrate the heritage of local communities within Clay and the stories they have to tell.

Those that participate and play will discover tales of strength, courage, perseverance and legacy. For example, find out what was built by the same company that built the Empire State Building. Details that made Southern rock music legendary! What natural resource was bottled and sold as medicine?

To play you’ll need to sign up for the digital pass using the QR code attached to this story. Then “check-in” at each location you visit. If you visit 10 locations you will be entered to win a prize.
