Armada FC makes Baseball Grounds home

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Jacksonville city leaders and Jacksonville Armada FC announced that 20 home games will be played in Jacksonville Friday morning at the baseball grounds.

Armada FC will play 20 games at the Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville for the next three seasons, from February through November.

"As a top facility in the Southeast, we feel comfortable that the Baseball Grounds are able to host us," said the Armada FC owner Mark Fisch. 

Jacksonville Mayor Alvin Brown, City Councilmember Dr. Johnny Gaffney, Jacksonville Suns Owner Peter "Pedro" Bragan, along with the Armada FC, Jacksonville's professional soccer team, and the 13th team in the North American Soccer League were in attendance.
