CLAY COUNTY, Fla. - The Clay County Sheriff's Office announced the arrest of two suspects in the death of Dorrien Mann who was killed in 2017.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol report, the original call came in as a hit-and-run on October 17, 2017 on Capella Road in Orange Park.
When troopers arrived on scene, they requested the Clay County Sheriff's office for a death investigation.

Around 8 a.m., deputies say they found a deceased man with a gunshot wound. He was later identified as 26-year-old Dorrien Earl Mann.
"For two years it was investigated," Clay County Sergeant Michael Calhoun said. "This is not a case that was investigated for six months and set to the side then something just developed. They never stopped investigating this case. It literally took two years to put this together."
Calhoun said investigators identified two suspects early in the case but it "took a lot of work" to prove their involvement.
Deputies said Henry Williams and Ja'Cari Anderson are two only suspects in this case. Investigators believe the pair randomly carjacked Mann on Capella Road when it escalated and Mann was shot.
"Mr. Mann lost his life during that incident," Calhoun said. "Obviously only one person can be responsible for the death but both were involved in the incident."
On May 7, 2019 Williams was arrested and charged with armed carjacking. Five months later, Anderson was arrested and charged on October 7th for second-degree murder and armed carjacking. Calhoun would speak further on the time gap between the two arrests.
"There were several individuals involved in this case," Calhoun said. "Some cooperated some didn't. We won't get into specifics on Henry's cooperation at this time."
Mann's parents were present at the press conference at the Clay County Sheriff's Office Thursday. They did not want to speak on camera but told Reporter Elizabeth Pace, "God bless and thank the work of the detectives."
