Deputies searching for missing Clay County teen

Deputies are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Ridgeview High School student.

The Clay County Sheriff’s Office said Jaymie Cox, 15, left from her home in the area of Robin Road in Orange Park, and was last seen Monday around 10:30 a.m.

“Jaymie may have left with friends after being picked up and her whereabouts are unknown,” CCSO said.

Jaymie is 5 feet and 10 inches tall and weighs about 130 pounds. She has brown hair, green eyes and wears glasses.

CCSO said she is known to wear a black Nike headband and Air Jordan sneakers.
