Want a COVID-19 vaccine? Regency site says no appointment necessary Saturday

Jacksonville, Fla. — Need a COVID vaccine? Don’t have an appointment? No problem! The Regency Mall COVID-19 vaccination site says on Saturday, February 27, qualifying individuals do not need an appointment!

This includes anyone who is due for a second dose, but only if 19 days have passed since their initial vaccination.

9 AM - 4:30 PM

The Regency Mall is typically an appointment only center, but sometimes, the center announces days where no appointment is needed on social media.

To make an appointment call 1-866-200-3762. (NOTE: Appointments can only be made by calling the number provided, there are no appointments made online).

During your appointment, you must have a photo ID that proves that you’re a Florida resident.

At Action News Jax, the team has heard from a lot of seniors who said they have not received a call about scheduling their second dose. The Florida Department of Emergency Management stated no one is due back at Regency at exactly 21 days. In fact, they say you have up to six weeks to get your second dose.
