Coronavirus: 132 new cases reported in Clay County

FLORIDA — Florida health officials reported 1,885 new cases of COVID-19 in the state on Monday. 83 more people have died from the virus in Florida.

The state’s total case numbers have now reached 623,471 with 11,331 deaths.

In Northeast Florida, Clay County saw a leap with 132 new cases reported.

There were no new deaths reported locally, but seven new people have been hospitalized because of COVID-19, including three people in Clay County.
