JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Florida Highway Patrol responded to a crash on Interstate 95 near Race Track Road
Officials were on the scene of the crash just south of the St. Johns County line around 5 a.m.
A car hit the cement median and flipped, and blocked two southbound lanes.
The crash is expected to be cleared by 7 a.m.
