JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — UPDATE: Woman accused of sex act at Duval County Courthouse wanted for 'unnatural and lascivious act'

A local woman posted a video of herself performing a sex act inside the Duval County Courthouse that has sparked an integrity investigation.

The video is causing a lot of controversy on social media is currently under investigation by the Duval County Courthouse and the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office. We’re not giving the name of the woman or showing the video in full, but it shows her and a man performing sexual acts on the fourth floor of the Duval County Courthouse.

Hours later, the woman posted the video on both Facebook and Twitter with the caption "I just found a way to get out of trouble." She also posted another message on Facebook bragging about the attention the video was receiving and bragging that she also had sex at a local Winn-Dixie.

A source told Action News Jax the other person in the video may work at the courthouse. On CBS47 at 5 p.m., we are asking city officials how such a thing could happen in a very public space:

Action News Jax law and safety expert Dale Carson said both incidents can get her in a lot of trouble.

“The actual charge in Florida is lewd and lascivious behavior. Typically it’s a third-degree felony, which means it's punishable up to five years,” said Carson.

We contacted Duval Court administrator Joe Stelma and JSO. They confirm neither the woman nor the man in this video is an employee with the courthouse or the Sheriff’s Office, but right now, this case is under an integrity investigation.

We also stopped by her house and spoke to family members. A recent Facebook post by the woman said, "Don’t worry guys, I’m not in any major trouble."

A recent police report shows she was at the courthouse facing marijuana-related drug charges from Jan. 19.

A 2009 police report said she threatened a 10-year-old, saying she would cut him with a knife in her hand.

Action News Jax's Larry Spruill spoke with the woman’s dad on the phone. He said he’s disappointed with the video, but it isn’t the first time his daughter posted sexually explicit content on social media. He also said that he and the rest of her family have tried to get her to stop this behavior for years.

Court officials said the person in the video with the woman may work security at the courthouse:
