The Bradford County Sheriff’s Office is trying to locate a missing teen.

Racheal Lynn Morgan, 15, is considered to be missing and endangered. Racheal was last seen on Sept. 22 and was last seen wearing a red shirt and black pants.

Deputies say she possibly changed clothes before leaving. Racheal has shoulder-length blonde hair and blue eyes. She is 5-foot-4 and around 115 lbs.
