JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. — In the past few days there have been reports of stolen trailers with tools inside. In the last month, there have also been reports of stolenmotorcycles.
There were no tips even after video of a black truck aired on the news.
A sergeant saw the black truck in Jacksonville Beach yesterday morning. He called Jacksonville Beach police.

Police followed the truck for 24 hours. The men were casing neighborhoods, like Jacksonville Golf And Country, but bothing was stolen.
Around 3 a.m. Wednesday, they called the Jacksonville Beach Police Commander for a warrant. JSO helped make the arrest.
Two men were arrested. A neighbor said they were in their 40s.
The home belonged to the mother of one of the suspects. He was living in a trailer on her property.

One neighbor we spoke with said the man who lived there was always odd to him and even snooped around his property once.
Action News Jax watched as people came to pick up their stolen belongings.
Police are matching descriptions from incident reports to the items they recovered and calling victims to pick up their belongings.
