JSO Director of Services Deloris Patterson O’Neal came up with the idea to help build a relationship with officers and kids.

The idea is for patrol officers to take the unit out every day, head to a local park and have kids come take on the challenge of playing games with an officer.

The mobile unit is actually a trailer that was forfeited to JSO. Officers then worked with inmates to help get the trailer up and running.
