JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — UPDATE: According to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office the child’s parents have been located.
The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is asking for the community’s assistance in identifying a tender-aged child.
According to JSO, the child was found near 2300 block of St. Johns Bluff Road South.
