Titans fan discharged from Brooks Rehab after having heart attack after Jags-Titans game.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A Tennessee Titans fan who has been in Jacksonville since suffering a heart attack after leaving the Titans-Jaguars game in early January took an important step in her recovery on Wednesday.

Andrew Prue shared a video on Twitter showing his wife Alexis being discharged from Brooks Rehab after 87 days in the hospital.

After the heart attack, Alexis was placed in a medically induced coma at Ascension St. Vincent’s Hospital in Jacksonville. She had little to no body movement or verbal response.

She was later transported to Baptist Health to be placed in the Neuro ICU.

Action News Jax told you in February when Alexis came out of the coma after seven weeks and started speaking.

This health scare has caused several changes for the Prue family.

Prue and his daughter India, a toddler, had to relocate to Jacksonville from Myrtle Beach to manage Alexis’ care.

Prue told us at that time Jacksonville community and other communities have opened their arms to him and his family, raising almost $60,000 through GoFundMe for her recovery efforts. Prue said he is grateful for the love Jacksonville has shown.
