JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. — Newly released surveillance video from the Jacksonville Beach Police Department shows two bicycles being hit by a Dodge Charger on Tuesday morning.
Police said witnesses are calling the incident an intentional hit and run. In the video, the first bicyclist appears to roll out of the way of the car. Both bicycles were run over by the Dodge Charger.

The victim sustained non-life threatening injuries, police said. The Dodge Charger will have damage to its front and passenger side.
