A grandson of Gloria Williams, the woman who pled guilty to kidnapping a Jacksonville baby in 1998, was shot and killed last Friday, a family member told Live5News in Charleston, S.C.

Aiden Martin, 3, found a gun and accidentally shot and killed himself, the news station reported. The boy died Saturday morning.

The toddler lived in Walterboro, S.C., the same town where Williams lived and raised Kamiyah Mobley after she was kidnapped from a Jacksonville hospital in 1998.

The shooting has been ruled an accident, investigators told the news station.
