JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Thursday is a First Alert Weather Day as several rounds of heavy showers and thunderstorms passed through Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia.
Rain was seen in all of our local counties for the first time since Oct. 8.
A tornado watch was issued in Duval County along with a few severe thunderstorm warning for St. Johns County, Clay County and Putnam County. So far there has not been any damage reported.
There will be one last band of showers between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. with clearing skies overnight.
A nice weekend should follow this front.
