FLAGLER BEACH, Fla. - Update 5/30/19, 9:40 A.M.: The same woman who was arrested Saturday, May 25 during a search was rearrested Wednesday afternoon, according to the Flagler County Sheriff's Office.

According to a press release, Flagler County detectives obtained an arrest warrant Wednesday for Jamie Bullock for sale of cocaine and unlawful use of a two-way communications device.

Police said detectives pulled Bullock over as she was leaving her house on Lantana Avenue in Flagler Beach.

According to the arrest report, Bullock attempted to conceal something in her clenched fist as she was being handcuffed and actively resisted arrest as she was being detained.

"Even while being arrested, she had drug paraphernalia in her hands and threw it under her car to try to hide it from deputies,” Sheriff Rick Staly said. “Hopefully this time she will be held in jail by the judge
as every time she is released she just goes back to peddling her poison. She is making a mockery of the criminal justice system.”

Detectives field tested a plastic pen tube and piece of aluminum foil found in Bullock's car that appeared to have drug residue on them, according to the arrest report. The pen tube tested positive for the presence of diazepam and the foil tested positive for the presence of oxymorphone, an opioid.

Police said Bullock was arrested and additionally charged with resisting arrest without violence, possession of drug paraphernalia, and tampering with or fabricating evidence.

Bullock is being held in lieu of $55,000 bond.

    Original Story 5/25/19:

The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) Special Investigations Unit (SIU), with the assistance of the FCSO tactical team and the Flagler Beach Police Department (FBPD), executed a search warrant at 160 Lantana Avenue in Flagler Beach on Friday. This search warrant was granted due to a thorough investigation into the narcotics dealings of Jamie Bullock, 36, the owner of the property.

SIU had executed a search warrant at the same residence in December, after receiving numerous tips about alleged illegal narcotics dealings at that address. Bullock was ultimately charged with possession of cocaine with intent to sell, tampering with or destroying evidence and possession of a controlled substance. She posted bond on those charges and returned to the residence shortly after.
Since December, narcotics activity has allegedly resumed at the residence. The FCSO and FBPD began receiving more complaints from the Flagler Beach community about the illegal activity.
Leading up to the second search warrant executed on Friday, an investigation revealed that Bullock was again selling cocaine out of the home.
During the search, Bullock was found to be in possession of additional narcotics and was charged with possession of cannabis over 20 grams, possession of a schedule III controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bullock was arrested and booked at the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility where she is being held on

She is not able to post bond since she was already being out on bond from the search warrant and arrest in December.
“She had a chance to clean up her act but she went right back to selling poison,” Sheriff Rick Staly said. “Great work by our detectives and the Flagler Beach Police Department for staying on top of this drug house and shutting it down. Thank you to the community members who saw this occurring and reported it.”
Additional charges for Sale of Cocaine are still pending on Bullock.
