The former Kingsland officer found not guilty of manslaughter in the shooting death of a local father will learn his sentence for another charge Friday afternoon.

Action News Jax told you two weeks ago when a jury found Zechariah Presley not guilty of manslaughter in the death of Tony Green.

He was found guilty of an oath of office violation.

He could be sentenced to up to five years in prison.
