Hurricane Dorian: Putnam County Emergency Services employee helps deliver baby at gas station

PUTNAM COUNTY, Fla. — Putnam County Emergency Services shared that its health and safety specialist, Gene Morgante, helped deliver a baby in a gas station parking lot while waiting on Hurricane Dorian to arrive on Tuesday.

Putnam County can expect impacts from the storm throughout Wednesday.
