Jacksonville is first stop on Governor's "Million, Billion Jobs Victory Tour"

JACKSONVILLE — Jacksonville is the first stop of Governor Rick Scott's "Million, Billion Jobs Victory Tour" that begins Monday.

The Governor plans to visit the Gran Bay office of Total Quality Logistics (TQL), a freight-brokerage firm that recently expanded to six locations in the Sunshine state.

According to the company, TQL currently employs nearly 450 Floridians in the logistics industry. It is headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Governor Scott's office says more than one million private-sector jobs have been created statewide since December 2010.

The latest job numbers will be announced on the second stop of the tour in Orlando. From there the Governor will travel to St. Petersburg, Ft. Myers and then to Miami.
