    Amazon job fairs continue Monday in Jacksonville, beginning the second week of the job fairs for the retail giant.

    Following the overwhelming turnout the company decided to turn the rest of the applicants away announcing Wednesday they were canceling the remaining job fairs that begin today, but as disappointment spread Amazon decided to reinstate the events saying they wanted to see all applicants.

    Amazon said they're looking for enthusiastic employees and the best way to find them is by seeing all the applicants, so everyone is getting an interview no matter how long the line.

    Day one of Amazon hiring fairs last week turned out hundreds of people lined up ready and willing to wait for their chance at a job with the retail giant.

    Some who have already been hired tell Action News Jax it’s the best feeling and can’t wait to get to work.

    Here are the day, time, and locations for this weeks hiring fairs:

    • Monday, July 17, at Prime F. Osborn III Convention Center, 1000 Water St;

    • Wednesday, July 19, at Prime F. Osborn III Convention Center, 1000 Water St;

    • Friday, July 21, at Prime F. Osborn III Convention Center, 1000 Water St.

    Amazon is hiring for full-time jobs with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance and 401(k) and company stock awards.

    Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or the equivalent.

    Interested applicants are encouraged to apply online at www.amazondelivers.jobs and be prepared for an on-the-spot interview.
