JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville man who shot two people in a fit of road rage in Julington Creek will spend 22 years in prison. Charles Mohr, 24, was convicted of three counts of attempted first degree murder and one count of shooting into an occupied vehicle.
The shooting happened in 2017 at a shopping center on Racetrack Road near Flora Branch Boulevard. St. Johns County Sheriff’s Deputies say the suspect and the driver of another had pulled into a driveway alongside Atlantic Coast Bank, and got into a fight.

After both people got back in their cars, they got into an argument, and Mohr pulled a gun and fired it at the other car as it drove away.
According to the arrest report, Mohr emptied a 15 round magazine from a 9mm handgun, and shot two of the people inside the other vehicle.
He was sentenced Tuesday, July 8.
